Building A High Performing Team

High performing team

This week our Senior Leadership Team completed the latest module in their bespoke training and development programme, dedicated to developing a high performing team, enhancing leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous growth within our agency.

The intensive and impactful sessions were hosted by in the UK by PDW Group, Noble Events’ learning and development partner, who produced the programme in consultation with our Managing Director, Sarah Cox. Covering topics such as resilience, emotional intelligence and awareness, and mindset and self-belief, the training has equipped the learners with insights, strategies, and best practices for effective leadership.

Hannah Taylor-Jones, Account Director, said “From honing our communication and collaboration skills to refining our decision-making processes, this programme has really empowered us to lead with confidence, resilience, and adaptability”. Katie Stephens, Account Director added, “We’ve gained valuable tools and frameworks that will guide us in navigating complex challenges and seizing opportunities.”

Jessica Airey, Dubai-based Head of Events, travelled to the UK to join this part of the training in person, and was delighted with the experience. “The true strength of our team lies in its individuals, and this training emphasised the importance of building strong relationships and leveraging our diverse expertise. It was also fantastic to spend some time with my SLT colleagues face to face, in the training room and socially!”

Summarising the actions and next steps from the training, Kate Hodson-Walker, Account Director, said, “We’re committed to applying the knowledge gained from this training to fuel innovation, inspire our teams, and drive business growth. Our renewed focus on leadership excellence will enable us to lead by example, mentor future leaders, and create a positive impact on our agency and beyond.”

Sarah Cox highlighted the benefits of working collaboratively with a dedicated learning and development partner. “We’ve worked with PDW Group since 2020, and genuinely see them as an extension of our agency team. They take a huge amount of time to understand our culture, values and vision, and have delivered development programmes that are completely aligned to our goals. We look forward to rolling this out to the wider team in due course.”
