Noble Events is celebrating another awards shortlisting, this time for Best Culture in the renowned Global Agency Awards 2023.
Managing Director Sarah Cox shared the news with the team, saying “this is for all of us. As a business we have always prided ourselves on the inclusive nature of our “Noble Family”, and recognition of our success is tremendous.”
When Founder and CEO Penny Noble founded Noble Events almost 15 years ago, she wanted to create something special – a collaborative/team-orientated agency with no politics/one-upmanship and a sharp focus on creating and delivering superb events which achieved our clients’ objectives every time. Building on the advice she received at the time – “surround yourself with people who are at least as good as you – preferably better!” – she has built a business that now spans two offices (UK and Dubai) and multiple disciplines and sectors.
The agency’s “One Team” approach and straightforward structure focuses on core values of integrity, positivity, inclusion and accountability, putting people at the heart of its culture and supporting in continuous progression and development.
