Overview

KGM hosted its first Dealer Recognition Awards in several years to celebrate its rebranding and to strengthen its dealership network. Noble Events was tasked with the full management of the event, including venue selection, production, accommodation, gifting, and the awards ceremony itself. The event aimed to reinforce partnerships, express gratitude to dealers, and support KGM's branding as it transitioned from SsangYong to KGM.

Challenges

As KGM ventured back into hosting large-scale events under their new brand, several challenges needed addressing. Firstly, it was clear there were significant budget constraints to contend with. It was therefore critical for Noble Events to balance the desire for a high-impact event with limited financial resources - a challenge that needed experience and skill to overcome.  

After focusing on smaller scale events in more recent times, the client was looking for strategic planning and support to bolster their team as they moved into managing events of a considerably larger scale for the first time in a few years. This is something the Noble Events team is confident and experienced in providing.

On the day of the event itself, Noble Events staff managed the guest reception with a professional approach and a high degree of attention to detail, giving KGM’s team the peace of mind they needed to be able to focus on what mattered to them most – engagement and networking.
