Luxury with purpose. The start of an extraordinary movement.
Bentley Extraordinary Women was the campaign launch event for Bentley Motor’s UAE programme, championing pioneering women in the region whilst simultaneously launching a mentoring/internship programme. Working towards Bentley’s objectives to bolster its reputation as a provider of the ‘extraordinary’, we created a platform to commit to and inspire the next generation of young female leaders and activate Bentley’s Women in Automotive programme.
This campaign saw Bentley Motors bring together some of the UAE’s most Extraordinary Women to join forces and use their experience, learning and passion to inspire the next generation of women leaders and showcase Bentley’s commitment to supporting the UAE in its quest to increase women in leadership roles.
Throughout the session, Extraordinary Women shared their leadership experiences in TED Talk-style speeches, group sessions, bespoke gallery exhibitions and private interview spaces.
We created an event entirely focused on a female audience, with women making up the featured panel of speakers and hosts and the event support team, from the event suppliers, catering and servers, chauffeurs, hosting, event set up, photography and film. Every woman involved in the event became a part of the story.

Bentley Extraordinary Women then extended into a series of intimate and exclusive events during which pioneering women from across the region were brought together and joined by female students to network, discuss and tackle current challenges. These same students then joined further activities in Bentley HQ, UK.
Content collected from the event was shared across targeted channels in a structured amplification plan. Our social media campaign reached a following of 51,000.
After the phenomenal success of this activation, we were asked to replicate it in the UK, with Bentley now working towards a global roll out.
Bentley Extraordinary Women has been shortlisted for three awards.
