Senior Event Manager (Dubai)
Natasha began her event management career in France, working with the tech industry and clients like Microsoft, HP Inc., and HP Enterprise. After moving back to Dubai, she focused on the automotive sector, delivering events for McLaren, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, and MINI. At Noble Events, she has worked with key clients like Visa, Messe Frankfurt, General Motors, INEOS Automotive, and Lamborghini, managing events in the UAE, GCC and internationally. Natasha enjoys being on site, liaising with clients and suppliers to bring projects to life and deliver unique experiences that truly reflect the client's brand.
JESS AIREY
Head of Events (Dubai)
Jess has worked in the events industry for over 14 years working on events throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and India. Throughout her career Jess has had the opportunity to work on many events from conferences, roadshows, incentive experiences, exhibition stands and media launches. Working predominantly with automotive clients such as Bentley, General Motors, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Ford and Jaguar Land Rover, Jess also has experience working in the financial services sector with Visa, in aerospace with Airbus and Emirates and in the oil and gas sector with Shell. Jess loves coming together with a client to work as a team with the joint goal of creating an amazing experience for attendees.
LUCY ALLMAN
Senior Account Manager
Lucy has experience across festivals like the Edinburgh Fringe and Sydney International Arts Festival, and with pharmaceutical, tech, and automotive clients, including Astellas, Gilead, Janssen, Daiichi Sankyo, Samsung, Aston Martin, Audi, Porsche, and Seat. She has worked primarily in agency roles and enjoys the variety and collaboration at Noble Events, as well as the bespoke nature of our work. She sees the opportunities to travel and gain unique experiences as particularly rewarding.
KATRINA ALMALKI
Account Manager (Dubai)
With a decade of experience, including seven years in the UAE, Katrina has managed corporate and government events and handled retainer accounts, primarily working in creative and event agencies. She brings extensive client servicing, project management, production, and supplier management experience. Her notable clients include BAT, du Telecom, Unilever, RTA, DSC, and DGDA. Katrina loves the creative aspect of events and the challenge of accomplishing tasks that seem impossible.
ALICE BLAND
Event Manager
Alice has a wealth of experience in the events industry and has managed an impressive range of events for high-profile clients, including Bentley Motors, Porsche, SEAT/CUPRA, KGM, and Visa, spanning exhibitions, launches, conferences, and customer events across the UK and Europe. Alice has also played a key role in pitching and proposing projects for almost all clients. Previously the in-house Events & Engagement Officer at the East Midlands Chamber, Alice loves diving into creative briefs to craft incredible events with the diversity of each one and the quest for client satisfaction keeping her energised.

With over a decade of experience in event management, Emma has spent the past five years at Noble Events. Her career spans both agency and in-house roles across diverse industries such as engineering, finance, pharmaceutical, and automotive. She has successfully managed various types of events, including congresses, gala dinners, drive events, incentives, pay-to-play events, and exhibition stands.
Emma enjoys the thrill of live events due to the dynamic, real-time problem-solving and the energy that comes from seeing everything come together, perfectly.
ALESSIA CLORES
Event Executive (Dubai)
With five years’ experience in the event industry, Alessia has made a significant impact at Noble Events. She has worked with prestigious clients such as Automobili Lamborghini, McLaren, and General Motors, covering delegate management and event support in vibrant cities such as Dubai and Lisbon. Alessia's prior experience includes working with St. James Place Wealth Management, organising incentive trips in Italy and Switzerland, and on cruise ships. In the pharmaceutical sector, she has collaborated with The Migraine Trust Charity and the International Headache Society, managing exhibition sponsorships, speaker and delegate registrations, and mobile apps for major companies like Pfizer, Teva, Novartis, and Eli Lilly in the UK. Alessia thrives on the satisfaction that comes from successfully executing events. The positive feedback from clients and attendees fuels her passion and dedication to her work.
Alessia’s event highlight - One of the highlights of my experience was supporting a large travel incentive, where we hosted over 300 guests each week for three weeks at the stunning Borgo Egnazia hotel in southern Italy. Collaborating with the hotel was fantastic, and staying there was an unforgettable and incredible experience!
SARAH COX
Managing Director
Sarah brings over 25 years of business management and events experience, with the last 12 years at board level. She has managed high-profile events across sectors including financial services, government, mobile telecoms, oil and gas, aerospace, and automotive, delivering events globally. Her direct clients include the European Commission, OECD, Visa, British Chambers of Commerce, SWIFT, Imagination Technologies, Freeman XP, and BT. Sarah has led teams specialising in various disciplines, from operations and project management to digital and interactive technologies. She has extensive experience in health and safety, sustainability initiatives, business restructuring, and change management. For Sarah, its the people that are the best part of her job - the team, clients, and suppliers make coming to work a ‘genuine joy’.
One of Sarah’s most memorable event programmes was the management of the Sibos exhibition across four years, in Copenhagen, Sydney, Boston and Vienna.
JOHN COYLE
Digital Marketing Executive
John, formerly a social media manager at a charity, brings valuable experience in attracting and reaching new customers. He enjoys the creativity and impact that digital marketing can have. At Noble Events, John works independently in the marketing team, supporting the account management team, and leading external communication and lead generation. He loves being in a role that plays to his strengths and can significantly impact the company's growth. The supportive team environment is another highlight for him.
BECKY DAVIDSON
Senior Event Manager
Becky was recognised as one of the C&IT Incentive A-Listers for 2023, and brings eight years of experience to Noble Events. She specialises in managing global incentives, conferences, and roadshows, with attendee numbers ranging from 10 to over 1000. Her expertise spans across the tech, construction, pharmaceutical, and automotive sectors. Throughout her career, Becky has successfully executed events in various locations worldwide, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to excellence. Becky loves the diversity of events, the thrill of travelling to different places, and the satisfaction of tackling new challenges. Each event presents its own unique puzzle to solve, and overcoming those obstacles to deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients is incredibly rewarding for her.

Erin Donaldson brings 18 years of experience in the event industry, beginning her career as an Events Executive and advancing to Account Management at Noble Events. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a diverse range of events for clients in the automotive, IT, telecoms, and FMCG sectors. Her portfolio includes conferences, launch events, incentives, and customer experiences. Erin thrives on the unique challenges of each brief, relishing the opportunity to craft bespoke solutions that test her creativity. The fast-paced nature of the industry keeps her on her toes and continuously fuels her passion for event planning.
DIANA FRANCO MONTEIRO
Senior Event Manager
Diana’s passion for events led her to relocate from Portugal to the UK, seeking a more fast-paced industry environment. With over 12 years’ of experience across both countries, working in venues and agencies, Diana has successfully managed a wide array of events, including gala dinners, incentives, product launches, pharmaceutical congresses, sports team travel, and even Christmas parties. Her versatility shines through her work with clients from various industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, construction, and sports, including renowned names like Honda Motor Europe, Volvo, Bristol Myers Squibb, LVMH, Wates Group, and Liverpool FC. Noble Events has provided Diana with the perfect platform to put her extensive knowledge and innovative ideas into practice. Having a primary focus on client success is a source of immense pride for Diana - it really doesn't get better than that!

Events Intern
Evie Hill is our dedicated student intern, working at Noble Events two days a week whilst pursuing her Travel and Tourism course. She is consistently acquiring new skills and gaining valuable insights into her future career as an events manager. Evie loves the variety each day brings and is enthusiastic about learning something new every day. She appreciates the positive and supportive environment Noble Events provides and is excited to come to work each day!
KATE HODSON-WALKER
Operations Director
Kate Hodson-Walker has worked in the events industry for 15 years, contributing her expertise to renowned brands such as Bentley Motors, Porsche, Honda, Lenovo, Diageo, AstraZeneca, and Novo Nordisk. Her diverse experience spans product launches, incentives, conferences, and Ultra High Net Worth customer events, showcasing her adaptability and passion for the field. Kate has a deep understanding of the importance of the small details, which can significantly enhance the client and attendee experience. This attention to detail is a hallmark of Noble Events, and one of the reasons she loves being part of the agency. Although she has transitioned into a non-events role, Kate remains delighted to work alongside her incredible colleagues every day, continuing to contribute to the agency's success and upholding its high standards of excellence.

Event Executive
Lottie graduated with a BSc in Events Management, which included a placement year during which she co-ordinated logistics and liaised with vendors for various events, gaining insights from an agency perspective. She has also volunteered at notable events such as the Convention of the North, where she managed guest coordination. Her experience includes working with corporate clients, non-profits, festivals, and industry associations. She enjoys working in events because no two days are the same, and each brings new challenges and opportunities. She is passionate about organisation and is the go-to planner among her friends, where she loves creating memorable experiences. Her work allows her to combine creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional events that bring people together.
YAHYAA ISMAIL
Finance Assistant
Yahyaa has accountancy experience both on the practice side and in service industries where he has continued to add to his accountancy qualifications.
His role spans both the UK and Dubai offices, helping ensure accurate and efficient financial management of all events and liaising with clients and their procurement and purchasing teams. Yahyaa loves working at Noble Events because of the amazing people he gets to deal with on a daily basis around the world. He loves the flexibility of the company and the work/life balance he is able to enjoy.

Jan MacDonald, previously a Mess Manager at a military site and brings valuable experience in delivering great attention to detail and event timings. At Noble Events, she supports the events team by ensuring they have everything they need, alleviating some organisational stresses. Jan enjoys the variety within her role, finding solutions for clients to deliver memorable experiences. She values the team spirit and feels like a truly valued member of the Noble Events family.
PENNY NOBLE
Chief Executive Officer
A former hotelier, Penny founded Noble Events in 2008 and expanded into Dubai in 2015. Penny now divides her time between the two offices and delivers client programmes globally. With 38 years of experience in the automotive and events industry, Penny boasts long-standing client relationships, spanning more than three decades. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Penny ensures top-quality service and delivery and holds a Diploma in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management.
She has worked with multiple clients within the VW group, as well as Honda, Genesis, GM, and Ford. Her certifications include serving as an Advisory Board Member for Global DMC Partners and as an Advisory Member of The Events Apprenticeships Scheme. One of Penny’s favourite events was the UK Restaurant Managers convention in Sydney for a fast-food chain, which involved coordinating 2,500 guests on multiple chartered aircraft, managing attendance at the Global Conference, and orchestrating a "Country meeting" for all attendees. Additionally, Penny expertly navigated the challenge of hosting two gala dinners during Ramadan, where she seamlessly accommodated 68 guests with the same name - a complex task that resulted in a delighted client.
CRAIG PUGH
Group Account Director
Craig brings over 14 years of event experience to the team and has cultivated strategic client partnerships across diverse industries, including automotive, finance, technology, aerospace, and healthcare. He specialises in creating tailored outcomes that drive business growth and client satisfaction, promoting long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions. Craig excels in communication, strategic account and stakeholder management, and customer service advocacy. His adaptability, analytical skills, tactical focus, and teamwork make him an invaluable leader.
Craig has delivered event and sponsorship activations across multiple continents. He also lived and worked in Singapore for several years, establishing a regional event agency headquarters. One of Craig's most memorable projects was delivering an Official Partner Sponsorship Activation and VIP Finals Weekend experience at the FIFA World Cup, travelling across the tournament from the opening match to the final.
KATIE STEPHENS
Account Director
With over 20 years of experience in the events industry, Katie has organised events globally, from Manchester to Mauritius. She has managed everything from conferences for 5000 attendees in Europe to high-end incentives with 20 attendees in New York, launching products from photocopiers to wind farms and motorbikes to cars. Katie's passion for the industry is immense, thriving on the connections she makes with suppliers and clients alike. Seeing the team produce and execute fantastic events gives her immense satisfaction.
HANNAH TAYLOR-JONES
Head of Events
With over 10 years of experience, Hannah has risen from Event Executive to Head of Events, predominantly working in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors within an agency setting across the globe. She has also experienced the corporate side, gaining valuable insights into client expectations. Her notable clients include Bentley Motors, Volvo/Renault Trucks, Celgene, Pirelli Moto, Hewlett Packard, NFU Mutual, and JLR. She has managed large conferences, high-end incentives, ride and drives, retailer training, sales conferences, awards ceremonies, and gala dinners.
