Client Feedback Award – Recognising Excellence In Client Relationships
The best events start with understanding what truly matters to our clients. And while everyone loves a pat on the back, great client feedback is more than that. It’s proof that we’re delivering on our promises and creating experiences that matter. This award recognises the team members who go beyond delivering great results on the day – they create connections, build trust, and leave clients feeling valued and supported long after the event is over.
Runner-Up: Becky Davison, Senior Event Manager
Becky’s dedication doesn’t just show in her work, it shines through in the feedback she receives. From glowing survey responses to LinkedIn shoutouts, her clients consistently praise her ability to go above and beyond, building strong, lasting relationships.

Emma’s work during a packed autumn season certainly impressed, even strengthening a long-standing client partnership. Her ability to anticipate needs, solve challenges, and make clients feel completely at ease earned her this well-deserved win.
Team Player Award – Celebrating Outstanding Collaboration And Support
Teamwork really is everything when it comes to events. It’s what keeps projects running smoothly, turns last-minute challenges into creative solutions, and ensures every detail comes together perfectly on the day. But more than simply hitting deadlines, teamwork is about lifting others up, sharing the load, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. This award recognises those who embody the true spirit of teamwork, going out of their way to support their colleagues and put the success of the team and our clients first.
What makes this award even more special? It’s voted for by the team themselves – a true reflection of how much these individuals mean to their colleagues.

Hannah Taylor-Jones, Head of Events
Hannah is the kind of teammate everyone wishes they had. She’s always ready to step in, no matter the challenge, and her calm, problem-solving approach makes a huge difference when the pressure’s on. Whether she’s mentoring newer team members or finding solutions to keep projects on track, Hannah’s support is certainly felt across the team.
One colleague put it beautifully: “Hannah is the definition of a team player. She always listens, finds solutions, and makes sure everyone feels supported. I’ve learned so much from her, and her guidance has been invaluable, especially as someone new to the team.”
Her ability to make everyone feel valued and supported is why she’s seen as such a key part of the team. Another teammate added, “You can always count on her. She never lets anyone down, and we’re so lucky to have her.”
Kate Hodson-Walker, Operations Director
Anyone who’s been on maternity leave knows returning to work can feel like a minefield, but Kate has come back with incredible focus, energy, and a determination to move the team forward. Her structured approach has brought clarity to goals and processes, and her supportive leadership has kept the team motivated through an incredibly busy year.
Her colleagues were full of praise, with one sharing, “Kate has come back with gusto, leaving no stone unturned. She’s brought structure, consistency, and encouragement when we’ve needed it most. She’s a force to be reckoned with!”
Winner: Jess Airey, Head of Events (Dubai)
Our overall winner was selected as Jess – the ultimate team player – someone who always puts the team first and makes sure everyone feels supported and included. During the intense flooding seen in the UAE Jess’s calm, problem-solving approach was a lifeline for the team.
But her support doesn’t stop at solving problems. Jess takes the time to listen to her team, understand their concerns, and find solutions that work for everyone. One colleague shared, “Jess makes her job look easy when we all know it’s not. She listens, engages, and makes sure we’re all working towards the same goals. She brings out the best in everyone.”
Jess’s leadership creates a positive, productive environment where the whole team can thrive. Her unrelenting support, selfless attitude, and ability to bring people together make Jess a truly deserving winner of this year’s Team Player Award.
Spotlight Award – Shining A Light On Excellence And Achievement
Sometimes, it’s the moments that go above and beyond that make all the difference. The Spotlight Award celebrates those individuals who bring something truly exceptional to the team. It’s for those who push boundaries, take on challenges with confidence, and inspire everyone around them to aim higher. Whether it’s through creativity, dedication, or the ability to bring out the best in others, this award is about recognising the individuals who make a lasting impact on our team and our work and how those efforts move the entire team forward.
Runner-Up: Alessia Clores, Event Executive (Dubai)
Alessia has been a driving force behind Dubai’s social media success this year. Taking full ownership of the strategy, she’s kept things running smoothly, even when the team might have had a few grumbles about making videos! Thanks to her hard work and ability to spot opportunities, Dubai’s social media has hit an incredible milestone of 6K followers.
One colleague shared, “She’s always on the lookout for trends and knows exactly how to make them relevant for our industry and clients.”
But her contributions don’t stop at social media. Alessia has been a rock when it comes to delegate management, handling it so efficiently that the rest of the team barely have to think about it, freeing them up to focus on delivering events. She’s also worked tirelessly to build strong relationships with retailers and suppliers, even in tricky circumstances. Her positivity, dedication, and ability to get the job done make her a true asset to the team.

Becky is the epitome of hard work, positivity, and professionalism. This year, she’s built on strong relationships with her clients, delivering events that have received glowing personal feedback and strengthening trust with everyone she works with. Her dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed – not only by the team but by the industry too. Being recognised on the C&IT Agency A-List 2024 is a reflection of the outstanding work she’s delivered and the impact she’s made.
Her colleagues described her as someone who “goes above and beyond, always gives her best, and motivates those around her.” Becky isn’t just focused on her own success, though, she’s a team player who offers support and builds strong, positive relationships across the board.
One teammate summed it up perfectly: “Becky is a pleasure to work with. She’s helpful, reliable, and makes everyone feel supported. She truly deserves the Spotlight Award for being such a trusted and valuable part of the team.”
