The truly global nature of the events world has allowed Noble Events to operate as ‘One Team’ for the last few years, delivering events in the UK, Europe and the Middle East using resources based in both our offices.
Recent bespoke management training for our Senior Leadership Team now means the agency can develop this concept further, with Account Directors based both in the UK and Dubai taking responsibility for various key areas of the business, irrespective of their location.
Earlier this year, Account Director Katie Stephens stepped into a newly created Business Development role, focusing on diversification and sector growth whilst continuing to ensure delivery standards for several key long-term clients. Katie says, “this move represents the next step for me in my career and has already given me greater insight into the longer-term plan for our agency. It is fantastic to be able to play such a significant role in our growth and development.”
Jess Airey, Head of Events for our Dubai office, will continue to oversee operational delivery in the Middle East, whilst working alongside Katie on business development opportunities in the region. Jess observes “this is such a vibrant and fast-moving region, and Noble Events’ reputation for high standards and incredible attention to detail is resulting in a high level of new briefs and opportunities, which is tremendously exciting.”
Kate Hodson-Walker, and Hannah Taylor-Jones, Account Directors based in the UK office, will drive the ongoing development of our people, as well as compliance across the whole operation, focusing on health and safety, GDPR and information security and quality standards.
