Noble Events is committed to making positive changes to workplace culture and mental health, recognising that our team is constantly meeting tight deadlines and working round-the-clock for clients, meaning that they often forget about the most important people – themselves. This has never been more important than during what has been such a difficult year for our industry.
Week 1 sees a focus on sleep. Can our team reduce alcohol and caffeine in the evenings, establish a restful bedtime routine and, hardest of all, go to bed without their phones?!
