We have also introduced Neurodiversity, Menopause and Andropause Policies and we always encourage open and transparent, frequent communication.

Once a year, we also hold our very own internal awards recognition programme, the ‘Pennies’, which are nominated by the team for the team. We are also passionate about nurturing young talent in the industry, and our intentional commitment to this has already been recognised with several industry accolades.
