The Brief
Porsche GB needed to bring together centre management and representatives from across the UK for a two-day national conference - the brand’s first since 2023. The event aimed to share strategic updates, celebrate achievements, and strengthen relationships across the nationwide retail network.
Challenges
Finding a London venue with the right blend of prestige and practicality, capable of hosting multiple concurrent sessions. Managing complex guest movements across conference, breakout, and dining areas. Aligning every detail with Porsche’s brand standards while collaborating with a newly formed internal stakeholder team.
The Experience
Hosted at the Rosewood London, the conference combined a half-day plenary session with keynote speakers, interactive group discussions, and a gala dinner with awards. The event design reflected the theme ‘What It Takes to Win’, balancing strategy with motivation. Breakout sessions ran across eight spaces, while a seamless flow between daytime conference activity and the evening celebration created a cohesive experience for all attendees.
Behind the Scenes
- Managed every aspect of delivery apart from delegate registration, which was handled directly by Porsche.
- Coordinated venue contracting, logistics and onsite execution to ensure timings, transitions and supplier deliverables were precisely managed.
- Worked closely with a new client contact to provide continuity from previous years.
- Introduced subtle format and experience updates to refresh the overall delegate journey.
