What It Took – A Team-Led Commitment

Our journey to ISO 20121 began in September 2024, building on the strong foundation of our ISO 14001 environmental management system. This next step allowed us to deepen our focus on event-specific sustainability practices.

The process was led by Jan MacDonald, Operations Manager, whose forensic approach ensured our systems and documentation met the mark. Supporting this, Senior Event Manager Becky Davison played a key role during our live event audit, offering our assessors real-time insight into our delivery standards.

The auditor joined us on-site at a multi-day leadership event in central London, where he spoke directly with our client, venue team and supply partners. His comment at the close of the visit?

“All’s gone well today, very impressed with the event set up.”

Following a detailed Stage 2 review in April, we were awarded full certification, with no major or minor non-conformities. Just one opportunity for improvement was noted, which we’ve already implemented.
