Overview
The EMEA Health, Fitness, Wellness & Sports Festival, held at the Fairmont Riyadh, brought together 1,080 attendees, including professionals from the wellness, sports, government, hospitality and healthcare sectors. The event featured a VIP cocktail reception, two simultaneous conferences and an exhibition hall, providing ample opportunity for networking and learning.

Event highlights
- Day 0: Set up and VIP welcome reception, followed by an evening walking tour.
- Day 1 & 2: Conferences on the Leadership Stage and Innovation & Investment Stage, featuring multiple speakers, individual sessions and panel discussions. Networking sessions, exhibitions, and silent conferences were also part of the agenda.
- Day 2 Evening: Event de-rig.
Venue features
The Fairmont Riyadh provided an ideal setting with two ballrooms connected by a circular pre-function area, ample hotel rooms, various food and beverage outlets and dedicated conference facilities.
Conclusion
Noble Events successfully delivered a high-calibre event despite significant challenges. Our detailed planning, strategic problem-solving, and commitment to client satisfaction ensured the festival not only met but exceeded expectations.
