This year’s Colleague of the year has been awarded to Katie Stephens, Senior Event Manager. Awarded to the team member who has consistently demonstrated the company’s values and culture throughout the year, it is particularly special as it is voted for by the team. Katie’s acceptance speech at Thursday’s Christmas Conference was made virtually, as she was in Dubai delivering events and will be picking up her trophy when she comes home. Well done Katie!
Katie said, “I’ve worked for Noble Events for the past 5 years, with amazing clients and the best team in the industry. I am super chuffed to have won this award especially after one of the toughest years for our industry!”
There was a special mention too for Jenny Homer, Senior Event Manager, this year’s runner up.
Managing Director, Penny Noble, also said, “Its been a tough year, and I am tremendously proud of how the whole team has responded to the challenge. Katie and Jenny have received great feedback from our clients and its lovely to see them recognised by the wider team. These awards are very well deserved!”
